The urban management system of Changchun City in Jilin Province has taken the lead in pilot exploration in Kuancheng District, and has developed a new model for the collection, transportation and disposal of large waste that includes "guidance from urban management departments, community inspection and reporting, socialized services, online reservations, and on-site collection and transportation". This model basically achieves the reduction and resource utilization of large waste at the source, and solves the problem of difficult collection, transportation, and disposal of large recyclable materials. The relevant person in charge of the street stated that the grid leader conducts "inspections" twice a day. Whenever large pieces of garbage are found within the jurisdiction, they will promptly report to the street specialist and notify renewable resource enterprises with recycling intentions to recycle.
